Another quick tip, don't bind enter and exit vehicle to the same key, I like using F for enter and E for exit on all vehicles. Other than that, I have countermeasures and spotting to mouse side buttons and switch weapons to F. Has anyone tried using a controller for the game in Steam it says the game has full controller support, the Origin version works fine until you get to the scenes where you have to press a certain key eg: the first level in the train when the terrorist tries to stab you and also jumping along the side of the train carriage. Along this line, make sure to set graphics property 'mesh quality' to ultra, this affects the distance you can see spot Doritos and in the jet you want that maxed if possible. Additionally having quick access to third person camera is important, I bind this for all vehicles to RMB, then freelook to the C key, you'll find using free look is really useful for spotting targets before rolling in to engage them. Having easy access to speed control is absolutely vital in dogfights. I bind both afterburn and throttle to shift and then brake to control. Additionally you want to constantly be using yaw in a dogfight so having that bound to a key instead of mouse is the way to go. Initially I wanted to use yaw on mouse for aiming but you can still be very accurate and it is much more beneficial to have precise roll control than yaw control for dogfights. My setup is pitch double bound to mouse (for aiming at infantry and vehicles) and to W (pitch down) and S (pitch up).
